Greenpix Zero Energy Media Wall - The largest display of LED lights in the world! The wall is located in
It reminds me of an LED installation Brian and I saw at Lawrimore Project in the late fall of 2007. The Stranger's, Jen Graves, wrote a descriptive cover story about Susie J. Lee's exhibit, Refrain and not to mention an extensive history on Lawrimore Project. I must have experienced her installation called Rainshower (LED installation) something like four times. Take your time to check out the links, I've attached. Really great stuff!
On another note, I rode my bike today to Eric Smiley's place to get what seems like my bi-annual haircut...I should work on maintaining my hair style. I'm sure Regina could teach me a thing or two about that. Anyways, the point is that I rode my bike to his place on 12th and Olive and rode my freakin little 3-speed back all the way up the hill to my apartment. I rode it up to 13th and Olive, then turned left on 13th, then right on E Howell, then straight east on Howell all the way up to 17th and took a right all the way back to my house. The ride was tough and I had the bike on it's lowest gear but it made me happy. I've been thinking of selling my bike for a newer and improved bike but over the weekend I got so many compliments from strangers and other cool bike people that I want to keep it forever.
