"Hello lover!"

So yesterday morning I said “eff you i-phone and your stupid 2 hour waiting lines and $100/mo phone service!” and then said “hello lover!” (a la Sarah Jessica Parker) to my brand new beautiful Pfaff Hobby 1142! I scored big time! I spent what seemed like countless hours inside the Quality Sewing and Vacuum in Ballard looking for the perfect sewing machine. And the best part...I get a free lesson about how to use all the stitches and what not. Sweet!!!

I chose the Pfaff for its sturdy, sleek design. Oh and should I mention, it’s German made. Holla! I played around with it all last night and made my very first button hole. Brian and Kitsy were so proud of me. I called Regina in an instant to share the good news and she was thrilled. I look forward to a decade’s worth of fun with my new machine.
