i just got home from my first official yoga class at samadhi yoga studio. you know there is something to be said for that...taking a yoga class at a yoga studio. i feel like i can really work on my poses and stretch to the best of my ability and then get a talking to while i am in the pose "jessica, shoulders back." "jessica, walk your hands forward." etc. soon i will be a master or something to that liking...
