back!

well the trip was totally rad. we got back into town last night around 5pm. brian and i were starving since it took us a surprisingly 4.5 hours to get from portland to seattle. we stopped in at mae phim and i got a delicious tom kha chicken soup with rice noodles. tom kha is basically my new favorite pho. yum yum! so limey and delicious. we came home and watched surfwise. what a crazy movie. if you have not watched or read about this film, please check it out. the pictures that document this family's life are amazing. i wish i had pictures like that of my childhood. although then i would have to born in the 60's and i would have much rather been in my 20's in that time anyways.

pictures of the trip are getting developed to cd as we speak. i'll post pics from each day and tell you what we did. for now all i will say is that i'm in love with northern california and the mendocino countryside.
